To use: clean skin properly. Add a face oil or moisturizer so the wand glides smoothly. Gently use it on a sideways angle. Move it in short small strokes in the same direction hair is growing.
Use monthly or weekly or as needed around lip and chin. Wand works well with about 8 - 10 uses. A dull blade will increase chances of cutting the skin.
