Stretch Yourself

Stretching isn’t the most exciting way to start or end a workout but it is the best way. Research has shown that stretching can help improve flexibility which may improve range of motion of your joints and reduce the risk of injury.

Plus stretching gets the blood flowing. It’s gotta flow to flush out toxins. 

Any body movement can benefit your muscles, organs, and, therefor, skin. If you can’t do a full workout, walk around the house. If it’s too cold to go outside go up and down the stairs as many times as you can. Keep your spirits up this winter with stretching, walking, stairs, and throw in a squat or two!
